Customize your bandsaw mill
The bandsaw mill can be customized according to your needs. It is available both with electric motors and with gasoline engine, and it has a large number of accessories. The revolutionary electricity powered version, E-Twin, is developed by LOGOSOL. Double electric motors run the bandsaw mill wheels via a belt transmission. This gives a soft start, and enables you to run 8kW with a 16 amp fuse. You can also easily upgrade the motor power by replacing one of the motors. Buy the bandsaw mill that exactly meets the requirements you have today, and you can feel secure because you are able to upgrade the sawmill later, with specific accessories that correspond with your needs. For instance, you can start with an electricity powered, stationary bandsaw mill, and later rebuild it to a gasoline powered bandsaw mill with a trailer kit.

Super-Duty Construction

Stronger than the competition and 2X stiffer, the LM Pro uses twin double-plated commercial-grade-steel rails in its wide-track log deck. While impressive, the almost 1/4” (5.5mm) of steel isn’t the secret – What gives the LM Pro’s rugged log deck its muscle is the way it’s formed. 400-ton press-formed strengthening debossments boost rigidity and strength. What’s more, the boxed front and rear end-frames are extra-rigid structures that provide added strength and torsional stability. Greater strength, stiffness and lighter weight mean greater structural integrity.

Next, we fortified the LM Pro’s 4-post carriage frame with structurally-engineered reinforced 2” x 5” (5cm x 12.5cm) precision-extruded vertical guides, and heavy-gauge 2½” structural tubular-steel rear vertical mounts and front horizontal stabilizer bar. The LM Pro’s solid frame effortlessly manages higher load inputs for better milling with more accuracy and control.
