Dear Customer!
Getting a quotation. Many of our products start from a basic model and then a vareity of options may be added.  Our customers are found in all parts of Australia and the Asia-Pacific region and different means of shipping can be considered,  To determine the total value of an order it neccesary to agree on what to include and how much to pay.  To get the procedure started, just send us an email and let us know which products you are interested in.
Placing an order. Once the above details have been clarified you can place the order by phone, email or regular mail or you may find that the product is available from our Webshop.
Buy-on-line.   We have some products available from our webshop (not so many in the beginning stages, but, we will gradually add more items).  When you order at our webshop you will get an order acknowledgement  confirming what item(s) that are included, the price of the products. The means/cost of shipping to your address are yet to be definedand you will get an email with information about the shipping costs and the total order value.  The order is considered firm upon upon confirmation from you that you accept the order value including the shipping costs.
Payment methods.   We accept the following methods of payment: Cash on Delivery,  Confirmed personal or company checks,  deposit into Swedex Pty Ltd's account with WESTPAC, Paypal to  seb@swedex.com.au  and Credit Cards (VISA and MasterCard).
Warranty.   All our products are covered by a one year warranty.  The warranty covers break down or malfunction due to  manufacturing defects.  Thewarranty also covers defects that may occur under normal use of our products, with the excepotion of consumable items such as belts, guide bars and saw chains.
